Jennifer Scott’s blue ’09 Dodge Ram 2500 is a tribute to the Kentucky Wildcats.
It just seems unlikely that you will find a bigger fan of the Kentucky Wildcats than Jennifer Scott. This Lexington, Kentucky, resident says she loves the paw print logo and she loves big trucks. What better way to show off Wildcat pride than with her own rolling booster club?
The paw print was embedded in the Line-X coating for a real impactful appearance. But this truck is not a one-trick pony. Nope, the ’09 Dodge Ram 2500 is a nicely built machine. With the Wildcat design in mind, the truck just had to be blue, but that’s even better in Jennifer’s mind, as blue is her favorite color. She chose Electric Blue Pearl for her crew cab Big Horn pickup.
The blue theme is carried into the cab, too, as Jennifer used blue inserts in the seats and painted select plastic pieces to match the Wildcats’ favorite color.

A Volant intake combines with...
A Volant intake combines with MBRP exhaust, a Smarty tuner, and an Edge Attitude CTS to really wake up the 6.7L Cummins.
The Cummins 6.7L engine only has about 25,000 miles on it, but it sure is packaged with some nice power-adders. The air intake is a Volant while the exhaust is from MBRP. A Smarty tuner from Mads Electronics wakes things up, and the color touch screen of the Edge with Attitude CTS makes it all easy to tune. Big, black stacks run up from the bed to announce to everyone that this is not just a pretty truck.
The pickup was lifted 6 inches using a Fabtech kit, and then Jennifer stuffed 37-inch Nitto Mud Grappler tires onto 20-inch RBP wheels. The look is spot-on perfect.
The list of things to do never seems to get any shorter, but the most recent one includes installing head studs, fire rings, a bigger turbo, and a Sun Coast clutch. We’re betting a beefed-up transmission can’t be too far down the line, either.
Jennifer uses the truck for towing, getting to work, going to mud bogs, and visiting car shows. She stays busy with the Ram, and just about everybody in Lexington knows it’s Jennifer Scott coming down the street when they see the big blue Dodge.
