Josh Williams and his fiancé, Morgan, are relatively new to the lifted truck scene, enjoying it for just a year. But Josh loves high-altitude rides (especially mud competition vehicles) and is already on his second truck, having previously owned an F-150 with 3 inches of lift, 22-inch rims, and 35-inch tires.

The big Ford rolls on 41-inch Super Swamper rubber and the 10-inch Pro Comp lift kit gives it plenty of ground clearance for those brief, off-road excursions. Custom paint and the ice man mural on the hood give Ice Age its distinctive theme.
Josh works in the family septic business and grew up around trucks, so it wasn't long before he was ready for something bigger and better. When he spotted this '03 F-250 Lariat Super Duty at a dealership in his hometown of Lakeland, Florida, he knew he had to have it. Josh is the second owner of the truck, and one of his first changes was to modify the previous owner's color scheme.
Since the Ford sported a Gator blue and orange paint scheme and Josh is an avid Alabama fan, those team colors had to go. Unfortunately, when the bright orange band on the bottom was removed, lots of the original paint went with it. An upgrade solved the problem, thanks to the talented spray gun work of Mike Grimes, owner of Mike's Graphics in Lakeland. Mike applied new shades of House of Kolor Oriental Blue Candy over an Orion Silver base, accented with Snow White Pearl and Tru Blue Pearl graphics.

The beefy exterior is countered by the plush interior, loaded with creature comforts to smooth the daily commute. A multi-speaker audiovisual system treats driver and passengers to movies and games as well as concert hall sounds.
Once the new paint was in place and Josh was finally comfortable driving the truck past a crowd of Alabama fans, the rest of the modifications just naturally followed. He and his father began adding altitude to the F-250, running it up on jackstands, removing all the original suspension, and replacing it with a 10-inch Pro Comp lift kit. Now pleasantly elevated above the crowd, the big Ford truck sports new leaf springs, shocks, and lift blocks. The Dana 60 axles (front and rear) were retained but both were fitted with new 4.11 gears for quick response at stoplights.
