Subscriptions?
Is there a way to subscribe to your magazine? How much is it per year? I am interested in getting a subscription to 8-Lug and/or Diesel Power magazine.
Theresa
This is the one question we get over and over, and it kills us every time to have to say, “Sorry, you can’t subscribe to 8-Lug.” Longtime readers know we would like nothing better than to have subscriptions, but it’s not in the cards for the near future. There are a variety of reasons, but we won’t go into them now.
Where is 8-Lug?
Hey, Bob. Is there any way of finding out exactly which store you guys ship your magazine to in Miami, Florida, so I can go buy it? I have been to three different Publix and Barnes & Noble stores—and no luck.

Who, Me?
Hey, it’s Chelsey Hennig. You told me to email you some pics and info. Here you go.

Thanks, Chelsey. We often see cool trucks on our Facebook page or on our website (www.8-Lug.com), and we ask the owners to send us high-resolution photos and some info about the truck and themselves. We often showcase these vehicles in Bragging Rights, and sometimes we even go so far as to do mini-features or even full-blown features on them.
Put Me In, Coach!
I was a reader of 8-Lug before I even had a truck. Now that I have one of my very own, I’m hoping it is now cover-worthy.
My red ’02 F-350 7.3L Power Stroke is my daily driver—driven to and from the navy base here in Key West. It rains quite often here, so it spends time in mud and puddles (flooded roads). Modifications include: 40-inch Open Country M/T tires, 20-inch XD series rims, a 14-inch Fabtech lift, Racerunner reservoir shocks by Sway-A-Way (on the front of the truck, I have 3-inch-diameter coilover shocks, and on the back there’s 2-inch-diameter shocks), Top Gun Customz dual steering stabilizers, K&N filter, MBRP 6-inch smoke stacks with MECA Truck Chrome rain caps, Dukes of Hazard (Dixie) air horns, VR3 touch-screen stereo, and an Edge Evolution programmer in a custom pillar pod along with three other pillar gauge pods (volts, EGT, trans temp). Smaller modifications are: painted engine cover to match the shocks, painted grille with added spikes, painted dash panels (black), and painted interior door handles (black and red to match exterior paint). I only have seat covers, but they are custom made and fitted by Coverking with a nylon-type material, which is very heavy-duty.
I am originally from Maine, 24 years old, and serving in the Navy going on 6 years as a diesel/turbine engine mechanic.
I have answers for any questions you may have. If you’re interested, I can send 19 large, high-quality photos.
Thank you in advance for your time and hope to hear from you soon!
