Sharing Photos
Coby Young from Helotes, Texas, wanted to share some pictures of his ’08 F-250 with the 8-inch Fabtech radius-arm 4.0 coilover lift kit with new leaves in the rear. Coby’s truck has 2.25 Dirt Logic rear reservoirs, dual 2.25 Dirt Logic steering stabilizers, 38x15.50-20 Toyo Open Country mud-terrain tires, 20x10 American Racing Cannon chrome wheels, RBP chrome side vents, Westin stainless side steps, Pioneer Avic-F90BT in-dash navigation, a train horn, police sirens hooked up to auxiliary switches inside the cab, and more. Whew, what a list!

Hoping To See Pics
Tony Vincent of Ripon, California, sent in some pictures of his ’07 Dodge 2500 diesel. Tony bought the truck stock and brand-new in early 2007. The first item of business was to straight-pipe it and put the Edge Juice with Attitude in it. Then an S&B intake with a Smarty tuner from Mads was added. “What a difference that made!” Tony said. The lift is a Top Gun Customz 10-inch and it was powdercoated by Maas Brothers. The shocks are Bilstein 5150s. The axles were pulled out, wire-wheeled, and painted to match the truck. The driveline was extended by Boyd’s Driveline. The tires are Nitto 37x13.50-20 on Center Line 20x12 wheels. “All the work putting it together,” Tony said, “was performed by my buddies, my father-in-law, and me.” They shaved the tailgate and painted all the plastics and some interior pieces black to match. “Now, with it all done,” Tony relates, “it is everything I had wanted and imagined. I hope to see a pic in your awesome magazine.”

Trying To Get In
Kevin Magwood of Beaverton, Oregon, was reading 8-Lug and came across the Bragging Rights section and thought he should send a picture or two and some information to see if he could get in. It worked. Kevin’s truck is a ’99 Ford F-250 Power Stroke Super Duty extra-cab shortbed with a 7.3L Power Stroke diesel. The truck has a manual six-speed transmission with a LuK clutch. He just finished installing a Dynatrac Free-Spin heavy-duty hub kit with the help of his father Phil. He runs Toyo M/T Open Countrys, and the truck sits at stock height. “The only thing we did was put a Rancho leveling system on the front end so it was level, and airbags under the rear,” Kevin says. The truck used to belong to Pickups Plus, a specialty shop in Tualatin, Oregon. The crew tinted the driver and passenger windows, installed a J and J Enterprises stainless rear bumper and running boards, Weld racing wheels, a hard SnugTop tonneau cover, and the chrome fender flares. All engine work has been done by Electronic Injection Services in Tualatin, which installed a dual gauge pod for boost and EGT, a Stage 2 aFe intake, and a custom-burnt DP Chip with 60hp, 80hp, and 120hp settings. The truck also has a turbo-back exhaust with dual outlets.
