This part (installing the Jug Rax) can be tricky because the spacing between the truck and bed may be tight. We placed a bumper washer onto the bolt and attached the Nylox nut. We used the supplied Allen wrench to hold the bolt and tightened the nut with a 9/16 wrench. The end result is that the bolts are attached to the Bedder-Hedder and a small space is created between our aluminum plate and the bed head of the truck to accommodate the lip of the Jug Rax.
